Our newly recruited employees take the first step with company orientation. After this training, they are subjected to FEF-TEK training by the expert team. After the successful completion of FEF-TEK, namely Fefcon Technical Training, our new colleagues start to work in their duties.
We offer our employees opportunities to improve themselves by contributing to increase their personal, managerial and technical skills according to 70 – 20 – 10 learning models.
In addition, with the view that foreign language also reinforces personal confidence, we organize private foreign language trainings within the company and cover a certain amount of the costs of the courses our employees attend individually.
